Your Tasks for Today.
Today’s letter is a little different. I’m going to ask you to do something, and I really hope you do it. You have three options:
1) Text a friend or family member and tell them how grateful your are for them.
2) Turn off your computer or phone and go for a walk.
3) Give someone a hug.
Try one, or all of those things today. Yes, today. Let me know if you did it and how you felt before and afterwards.
